Option A definition

Option A has the meaning assigned that term in Section 8.03(e).
Option A. Refinancing the balloon payment) If I buy the motor vehicle primarily for personal, family, or household use, I can enter into a new written agreement to refinance the balloon payment when due without a refinancing fee. If I refinance the balloon payment, my periodic payments will not be larger or more often than the payments in this contract. The annual percentage rate in the new agreement will not be more than the Annual Percentage Rate in this contract. This provision does not apply if my Payment Schedule has been adjusted to my seasonal or irregular income.
Option A means normal Capacity Payments as described in Appendix D.

  • Put Option: A put option gives the buyer the right to sell specified quantity of the underlying asset at the set strike price on or before expiration date and the seller (writer) of put option however, has the obligation to buy the underlying asset if the buyer of the put option decides to exercise his option to sell.

  • Call Option: A call option gives the buyer, the right to buy specified quantity of the underlying asset at the set strike price on or before expiration date and the seller (writer) of call option however, has the obligation to sell the underlying asset if the buyer of the call option decides to exercise the option to buy.

  • When a partial withdrawal is made on a Policy on which the owner has selected Death benefit Option A, the face amount under the Policy is decreased by the excess, if any, of the face amount over the result of the death benefit immediately prior to the partial withdrawal minus the amount of the partial withdrawal.

  • The death benefit will be the greater of the Guideline Minimum Death Benefit or one of the following three options: (1) Death Benefit Option A — the face amount of the Policy; (2) Death Benefit Option B — the face amount of the Policy plus the accumulated value; or (3) Death Benefit Option C — the face amount of the Policy plus the total premiums paid minus total withdrawals.
