Deletions and Adjustments. City may, by sending written notice to Unisys at least ninety (90) days prior to the date that such deletion or adjustment is to be effective, (i) delete KPIs or OPIs, (ii) change the status of one or more Service Levels (e.g., from KPI to OPI, or from OPI to KPI) or (iii) reallocate the Allocation of Pool Percentage; provided, that City may send such a notice (which notice may contain multiple changes) not more than once each six (6) month period within a Contract Year. Such notice shall include changes (including changes to the Service Level Credit specifications for KPIs) necessary to accommodate the deletions and adjustments to be made pursuant to this Appendix.

  • Cost Adjustments Both parties agree that contracted prices shall be fixed for the first 12 months of this Contract.   • Modifications and Add-ons Subject to the licensing of the required development rights under separate agreement, Provider shall be entitled to develop Modifications and Add-ons for the Software and shall be permitted to Use Modifications and Add- Ons with the Software in accordance with the license grant to the Software set forth in Section 3.1 herein. Provider shall promptly notify SAP if and when Provider is planning to develop Modifications or Add-ons to the Software. The notification provided by Provider shall include a high level description of the intended functionality and of the timeframe planned for such development. In addition, any Modifications or Add-ons must not i) unreasonably impair, degrade or reduce the performance or security of the Software; ii) enable the bypassing or circumventing of SAP license restrictions and/or provide users with access to the Software to which such users are not directly licensed; and/or iii) permit mass data or metadata extraction from an SAP software to a non-SAP software for the purpose of replacing the Software as the data’s system of record. With regards to the aforementioned item iii), Provider shall refer any Customer requiring such information to SAP.

  • Market Adjustments 22. Neither this Article nor any other in this Collective Agreement prevents the Employer from using other funds to increase a Member’s salary in response to offers received from other employers or to accommodate other market forces.

  • ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS The Tenant shall make no alterations or improvements to the wall or other portions of the Premises, including but not limited to, the construction of additional walls or the moving of walls, during the term of this Lease without first obtaining the written consent of the Landlord. Unless the Landlord shall otherwise agree, Tenant shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses for all such alterations and improvements. In addition, Landlord shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to require the Tenant to fund an interest bearing escrow account to be used to reinstate and/or restore the Premises upon termination of this Lease. Any funds not used for such purpose shall be refunded to Tenant within a reasonable time after termination of the Lease; subject, however, to any other rights of Landlord in or to such funds provided by law. Tenant may use Landlord’s or its own contractors and subcontractors to perform the work requested provided all such workmen have been approved in advance by Landlord. The parties hereto agree that Landlord shall have complete control over all aspects of such alterations and improvements. Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless for any claim or damages arising in connection with or related to such alterations and improvements as provided in Section 13. Any alterations or improvements made by the Tenant, or on behalf of Tenant, shall become the property of the Landlord at the termination of the Lease without cost to the Landlord unless the Landlord in its sole discretion directs the Tenant to remove such alterations and improvements from the Premises, in which event the Tenant shall remove such alterations, improvements and additions and restore the Premises to the same order and condition in which it was at the commencement of this Lease at the Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Should the Tenant fail to do so the Landlord may do so and collect, at its option, all costs and expenses thereof in excess of any funds escrowed for such purpose as additional rent. The Tenant shall pay all sums due and payable as a result of all alterations made to the Premises within ten (10) days from the date of a notice of xxxx for the same from the Landlord.

  • Cost of Living Adjustments Effective December 1, 2021, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by two and five tenths percent (2.5%) but not less than eighty-five dollars ($85) per month (prorated for part-time employees). Effective December 1, 2022, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by three and one tenth percent (3.1%) but not less than one hundred dollars ($100) per month (prorated for part-time employees).
