Service Level Credit definition

Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.
Service Level Credit has the meaning provided in Section 4.3(b) of this Schedule B.
Service Level Credit means a credit calculated as described in section 5 below which Customer may apply to the invoice issued to Customer by SAP for the HEC Service in the month subsequent to the date that the Service Level Credit is issued.

Examples of Service Level Credit in a sentence

  • The Service Level Credit will be provided only towards any outstanding balance for such ordered Services owed to Oracle under this exhibit, and the remittance of such Service Level Credit will represent your exclusive remedy, and Oracle’s sole liability, for any Missed Service Level.

  • In order receive such Service Level Credit, You must provide written notice to Oracle no later than five (5) business days after the last day of the particular month of the Missed Service Level for the Services ordered.

  • For purposes of clarity, the remittance of a Service Level Credit shall not act to limit the parties’ rights or obligations under Your Agreement or order, except with respect to the applicable Missed Service Level.

  • If the Service Specifications define a particular service level with an associated service level credit for your ordered Services under this exhibit, and if Oracle fails to meet such service level with respect to such Services ("Missed Service Level"), then, subject to and in accordance with the terms of the service level within the Service Specifications, Oracle may remit a service level credit to you ("Service Level Credit").

  • In order to receive a Service Level Credit, Customer must provide written notice to Entrust no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the subscription period, if Customer believes there has been a Service Level Default.


More Definitions of Service Level Credit

Service Level Credit means the financial amount that the Cloud Provider will credit to the Cloud Customer’s account if the Cloud Provider fails to meet an Agreed Service Level for a service;
Service Level Credit shall have the meaning set forth in Attachment A (Definitions) of Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement).
Service Level Credit. The credit or price reduction that USAC is entitled to receive or apply against the Fees as a result of a failure to meet or exceed an applicable SLA.
Service Level Credit means an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Monthly Fee for the calendar month in which a Service Level Default occurs, where “Monthly Fee” means the subscription fees paid to Entrust for the Services divided by the number of months in the applicable subscription term. The total aggregate amount of the Service Level Credit to be issued by Entrust to Customer for all Service Level Defaults that occur in a single calendar month will be capped at five percent (5%) of the Monthly Fee for such calendar month. Service Level Credits can only be applied against the renewal subscription fees due to Entrust for the Services and any unused Service Level Credits are forfeited upon termination or non-renewal of the Plan. For clarity, Entrust is not required to issue refunds or make payments against such Service Level Credits under any circumstances, including upon termination of this Plan. The Service Level Credit is Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any Service Level Default.
Service Level Credit has the meaning given in Section 4.1.
Service Level Credit has the meaning specified in Section 1.4(a) of the Agreement.
Service Level Credit means an amount to be credited to an invoice in accordance with Section 8.5.3 of Exhibit A.
