Common use of Delisting or Non-Supported Cryptocurrency Clause in Contracts

Delisting or Non-Supported Cryptocurrency. If at any time any of the Cryptocurrency necessary to effectuate a Transaction is delisted from exchanges that or trading markets that International Payments or its Third-Party Service Providers utilize, or International Payments determines to no longer support such Cryptocurrency for any reason, then any currently outstanding Transactions will be immediately cancelled.
