Deliverable Items. Subject to the other terms and conditions of this Contract, the items to be delivered under this Contract are specified below (each a “Deliverable Item”). Contractor shall deliver such Items on or before the corresponding Delivery dates and at locations specified below:

Deliverable Items. QPC shall deliver to Customer as of the Effective Date the following “Deliverable Items”: (1) Demonstration in QPC’s facility of a single laser module which emits 400 mW of Blue light, 400 mW of Green light and and 600 mW Red light; (2) Demonstration in QPC’s facility of three individual laser chips emitting 3 xxxxx of Green light, 1 watt of Blue light and 6 xxxxx of Red light and (3) Preliminary design of a module which emits 6 xxxxx of Green, 6 xxxxx of Blue, and 12 xxxxx of Red light suitable for integrating into a three dimensional projection system.

Deliverable Items. Upon execution of this Agreement, Microsoft shall deliver to Licensee the Software and items listed as Other Deliverable Items in Exhibit A hereto. Further, Stac or Microsoft shall deliver to Licensee, for no additional License Fee, any Corrections and Upgrades that are made commercially available during the term of this Agreement.
3. License Fee and License Fee Verification
Deliverable Items. In addition to the documents to be delivered according to section 1.3 here above, the documentation and other deliverable items defined in the Applicable Documents under Article 1.2 of the Main Contract shall also be deliverables. All documentation deliverables mentioned therein (including all their constituent parts) shall also be delivered in electronic form in a format agreed by the Agency (PDF format, the native format and in other exchange formats where relevant). All the documentation shall be delivered on computer readable media (e.g. USB key) as agreed with the Agency. All documents shall bear the appropriate copyright notice. In all cases, this shall include the title, ESA contract number, deliverable number, date, status (draft), version and/or revision number. The information shall be repeated consistently in the header or footer of every page.
Deliverable Items. The Non-Conformance subject to repair or replacement shall be deemed remedied upon successful check-out at the location designated for such component of the GCE in Article 3.1 (Deliverable Items). After the expiration of the period specified above and through the Satellite Stated Life, a failure of the software integrated into such component of the GCE to meet the applicable requirements of this Contract, including the Statement of Work, will, if such failure results in a Satellite Anomaly, be resolved in the response to the Satellite Anomaly pursuant to Article 17.3 (Satellite Non-Conformances and Anomalies) below.
Deliverable Items. Faroudja shall deliver to Sage the Deliverable Items set forth in Exhibit B relating to each element of the Licensed Technology in the manner and at the times set forth therein and, pursuant to Exhibit B, according to the delivery schedule established by mutual agreement of the Parties and attached to this Agreement. Upon receipt of such Deliverable Items, if Sage determines that the Deliverable Items are insufficient for Sage to implement the Licensed Technology in Licensed Chips, the Parties shall confer in good faith and Faroudja shall promptly provide Sage with any information and materials that the Parties deem necessary for Sage to implement the Licensed Technology in Licensed Chips. Faroudja's failure to complete delivery of the Deliverable Items will constitute a material breach by Faroudja of this Agreement.
