Firm Fixed Price. The price to be paid by Purchaser to Contractor for the Deliverable Items 1 through 10 set forth in Article 3.1 and Mission Operations Support Services, in each case, within the scope of work detailed in the SOW, Orbital Performance Incentives and shipment of Deliverable Items, including shipping insurance and customs and duties associated with shipment of the Satellite to the designated Launch Site and all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, as specified herein, shall be a firm fixed price of [***] (the “Firm Fixed Price”), which shall be paid in accordance with Schedule 1 hereto, entitled “SATMEX 8 Milestone Payment Plan for Firm Fixed Price”. Firm Fixed Price. Boeing shall provide, at no additional cost to Customer, all customary and appropriate assistance to, and shall appropriately communicate and cooperate with, the Launch Agency to support successful, on-time completion of the Work and integration of the Satellite with the designated Launch Vehicle.

Firm Fixed Price. In full consideration of the Contractor's performance hereunder BSA shall pay the Contractor the firm fixed price of TBD US Dollars ($00.00). The said sum shall constitute full compensation for all services and materials furnished hereunder.
Firm Fixed Price. Firm Fixed Price. For Statements of Work to be performed on a Firm Fixed ----------------- Price basis, EMC shall not be obligated to pay Subcontractor in excess of the Firm Fixed Price set forth in the Statement of Work. Subcontractor shall be solely responsible for costs incurred by the Subcontractor in excess of the Firm Fixed Price set forth therein.
Firm Fixed Price. The Trust shall pay the Artist a Not-to-Exceed Fee (the "Artist’s Proposal Fee") in the amount of WRITTEN AMOUNT AND NO CENTS ($NUMERIC AMOUNT) for the preparation of a Conceptual Design Proposal for the Project. THE NOT-TO- EXCEED ARTIST’S FEE SHALL CONSTITUTE FULL COMPENSATION FOR ALL SERVICES AND MATERIALS TO BE PERFORMED AND FURNISHED BY THE ARTIST UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE ARTIST'S FEE, ANY SUBCONTRACTED WORK, TRAVEL EXPENSES, AND/OR ANY RELATED OVERHEAD EXPENSES. The Artist's Proposal Fee includes one (1) working meeting for purposes of conducting site visit and/or meeting with the Project’s Design Team and the County as may be deemed appropriate to complete the Services outlined in this agreement, and one (1) meeting to present the design proposal to the Professional Advisory Committee panel for review (the "Proposal Presentation Meeting").
