Common use of Deliverable Milestones Clause in Contracts

Deliverable Milestones. A milestone will be deemed completed for purposes of this Paragraph 6.2.2 (Deliverable Milestones) on the earliest date that all the Tasks, Subtasks, Deliverables, goods, Services, and other Work required for completion of such milestone are completed and delivered to the County, and thereafter approved in writing by the County pursuant to Paragraph 3.6 (Testing of Work) above. The determination of whether a Deliverable milestone has been completed, and the date upon which such Deliverable was approved, will be made by the County Project Director as soon as practicable in accordance with Paragraph 3.6 (Testing of Work) above, after the County is informed by Contractor that such Deliverable has been completed, and is given all the necessary information, data, and documentation to verify such completion.
