Deliverables by Facility Lessee. On or before the third (3rd) Business Day after Facility Lessee delivers to Borrower the materials described in Section 14 of the Facility Lease, Borrower shall deliver copies of such materials to Administrative Agent. In addition to the foregoing, but without duplication, Borrower shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) to Administrative Agent each of those items described in subsections (b) – (e) below.
