Common use of Deliveries and Payments Clause in Contracts

Deliveries and Payments. The contractor will deliver without reservation the services indicated in the contractor’s offer ‘’Part B: Format of offer to be provided by the tenderer’’. The deliveries will be implemented within the indicated dates. The project partner will pay to the contractor the services in the amount indicated in the Article 2 of this contract document. The payments will be issued by the following time schedule. The contractor will provide project partner with final report on execution of the services. Delivery date Amount Final payment October 2020, upon approval of the final report 100 % of the contracted amount Total 100 % of the contracted amount
