Deliveries by BCH LLC. At the Closing, BCH LLC shall (i) surrender the Note to Boise Inc. for transfer pursuant to Section 10 of the Note, and (ii) deliver to Purchaser a copy of the new Purchased Note (with an original to follow as soon as practicable thereafter), executed by Boise Inc. in favor of Purchaser, which delivery shall not be deemed a transfer of the Note pursuant to Section 10 thereof unless and until the Closing of the transactions contemplated hereby.
