Common use of Deliveries by the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Deliveries by the Borrower. On the Closing Date the Borrower shall -------------------------- deliver to the Lender: (a) the Promissory Note; (b) certified resolutions of the directors of the Borrower approving the transactions contemplated hereby and reserving sufficient shares to satisfy the Borrower's obligations under this Agreement; and (c) the opinion of the Borrower's solicitors referred to in subparagraph 5.1(c).
