Accountants’ Reliance Letter. Together with each delivery of consolidated financial statements of Borrower pursuant to subsection 4.10(B), Borrower will deliver a copy of a letter addressed to Borrower's certified public accountants informing such accountants that a primary intent of Borrower was for the professional services such accountants provided to Borrower in preparing their audit report was to benefit or influence Lenders and their successors or assigns, and identifying Lenders as parties that Borrower has indicated intend to rely on such professional services provided to Borrower by such accountants.
