Common use of Deliveries by the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Deliveries by the Borrower. Upon receiving the amount set out in Section 5.3 of this Agreement, the Borrower shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Lender a promissory note in the form attached hereto as Schedule “A”.
