Common use of Deliveries, etc Clause in Contracts

Deliveries, etc. □As between the Obligors on the one hand, and the Administrative Agent and the Lenders on the other hand: (a) all statements, certificates, consents and other documents which the Administrative Agent purports to deliver to an Obligor on behalf of the Lenders shall be binding on each of the Lenders, and none of the Obligors shall be required to ascertain or confirm the authority of the Administrative Agent in delivering such documents; (b) all certificates, statements, notices and other documents which are delivered by an Obligor to the Administrative Agent in accordance with this Agreement shall be deemed to have been duly delivered to each of the Lenders; and (c) all payments which are delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent in accordance with this Agreement shall be deemed to have been duly delivered to each of the Lenders.

Deliveries, etc. □As between the Obligors Obligors, on the one hand, and the Administrative Agent and the Lenders Lenders, on the other hand: (a) 24.1.1 all statements, certificates, consents and other documents which the Administrative Agent purports to deliver to an Obligor the Obligors or any of them on behalf of the Lenders shall be binding on each of the Lenders, and none of the Obligors no Obligor shall be required to ascertain or confirm the authority of the Administrative Agent in delivering such documents; (b) 24.1.2 all certificates, statements, notices and other documents which are delivered by an Obligor the Obligors or any of them to the Administrative Agent in accordance with this Agreement shall be deemed to have been duly delivered to each of the Lenders; and; (c) 24.1.3 all payments which are delivered by the Borrower Obligors or any of them to the Administrative Agent in accordance with this Agreement shall be deemed to have been duly delivered to each of the Lenders.

Deliveries, etc. □As between the Obligors Obligors, on the one hand, and the Administrative Agent and the Lenders Lenders, on the other hand: (a) 16.2.1 all statements, certificates, consents and other documents which the Administrative Agent purports to deliver to an Obligor the Obligors or any of them on behalf of the Lenders shall be binding on each of the Lenders, and none of the Obligors no Obligor shall be required to ascertain or confirm the authority of the Administrative Agent in delivering such documents; (b) 16.2.2 all certificates, statements, notices and other documents which are delivered by an Obligor the Obligors or any of them to the Administrative Agent in accordance with this Agreement shall be deemed to have been duly delivered to each of the Lenders; and; (c) 16.2.3 all payments which are delivered by the Borrower Obligors or any of them to the Administrative Agent in accordance with this Agreement shall be deemed to have been duly delivered to each of the Lenders.
