Common use of Deliveries of Sellers at Closing Clause in Contracts

Deliveries of Sellers at Closing. Subject to the conditions to Sellers' obligations in Article V, at the Closing, Sellers shall deliver to Buyer a certificate or certificates evidencing the ATEC Shares, duly endorsed or accompanied by a duly executed stock power, plus the documents identified in Article IV, duly executed by Sellers.

Deliveries of Sellers at Closing. Subject to the conditions to Sellers' ’ obligations in Article V, at the Closing, Sellers shall deliver to Buyer a certificate or certificates evidencing the ATEC DOC Shares, duly endorsed or accompanied by a duly executed stock power, plus together with the documents identified in Article IV, duly executed by Sellers.
