Deliveriesof lnterruptibGleas"shallbe subjectto curtailment or interruptionby Seller at any time andfrom time totime when,in Seller'ssolejudgmenti,t does nothavegas available, and BuyerherebyexpresslyacknowledgesthatSeller shallnot be liable in damagesfor, or on accountof, any curtailmenot r interruptionofdeliveries.Seller agreesto give Buyernot less than two (2) hoursnoticeofcurtailmenot rinterruptionin writingor orallyinpersonor bytelephonep; rovided,however,thatif curtailmenot rinterruptionis occasionedby aneventof ForceMajeure effectingthe Seller'ssystem,Sellershallbe obligatedto giveonlysuchnoticeas is practicablein the droumstences.Selleragreesto communicatceurtailmennt oticesto oneof the persondesignatedfrom time to time by Xxxxxxx authorizedto receivesuch notices. Whenever,andto theextentthat the Seller is unabletodeliverthe gas requirementosf theBuyer,the Buyershallhave thedght to purchasegas orotherfuel sufficiento makeupsuch deficiencyfrom suchothersourceor sourcesas may at the time be availableto Buyer.
