DELIVERY PRESSURE. Xxxxxx agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery". Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".
DELIVERY PRESSURE. Seller shall be required to deliver or cause delivery of the Gas to the Point of Delivery and for delivering such Gas at a pressure sufficient to effect such delivery. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller shall have the right but not the obligation to install compression to effect deliveries of Gas hereunder.
DELIVERY PRESSURE. 4.1 The gas delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer shall be delivered at the Point(s) of Delivery at a pressure sufficient to overcome the operating pressures at such Point(s) of Delivery. Buyer shall cause such operating pressures not to exceed the Maximum Operating Pressure listed in Paragraph 3.1.
DELIVERY PRESSURE. 8.1 TCPL shall increase the line pressure of the gas it delivers to Customer at the Delivery Point to a pressure of not less than 4 850 kPa (g).
(d) Niagara Falls Delivery Point
DELIVERY PRESSURE. The pressure at Delivery Point (Ex. Hazira Gas Processing Plant of ONGC) shall be as maintained by ONGC which is expected to be between 40 Bar to 50 Bar or such higher pressure that will be sufficient to deliver the Gas quantities up to DCQ in to BUYER’S TRANSPORTER pipeline downstream of Delivery Point.
DELIVERY PRESSURE. 8.1 TCPL shall increase the line pressure of the gas it delivers to Customer at the Delivery Point to the pressure necessary for Customer to have Great Lakes Gas Transmission Limited Partnership accept receipt of such gas from Customer for transportation from the Delivery Point, provided that, from the Date of Commencement until the termination of this Contract, TCPL shall not be obligated to provide a pressure greater than 5 460 kPa (g).
(c) Xxxx Delivery Point
DELIVERY PRESSURE. The Delivering Participant must ensure that the gas delivered to the Delivery Point is delivered within the pressure range specified for the Delivery Point in the Product Specification or, in relation to a Pre-matched Trade, the pressure range specified by the Gas Transporter for the Delivery Point for the Pre-matched Trade. The Receiving Participant has no obligation to accept delivery of gas at a pressure outside the pressure range specified for the Delivery Point.
DELIVERY PRESSURE. Seller shall deliver natural gas to Buyer at the Point(s) of Delivery at a pressure(s) of: not less than fifty (50) pounds per square inch gauge, or at such other pressures as may be agreed upon in the day-to-day operations of Buyer and Seller.
DELIVERY PRESSURE. Seller will deliver the gas at the Delivery Points at a pressure sufficient to enable it to enter Buyer’s Facilities against the working pressure at reasonably uniform rates of delivery, not to exceed the maximum allowable operating pressure established by Buyer or pressures that prevent others from producing ratably. Buyer in its discretion may require that Seller install and operate a pressure relief or reduction device upstream of any Delivery Point set at the pressure designated by Buyer to limit the pressure at which Seller delivers gas, where Seller’s deliveries might interfere with ratable deliveries from others or to enhance safety.
