Common use of Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills Clause in Contracts

Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills. 10.2.1 The WPD shall issue to SECI hard copy of a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month/relevant period based on the issuance of Energy Accounts along with all relevant documents (payments made by WPD for drawal of power, payment of reactive energy charges, Metering charges or any other charges as per guidelines of SERC/CERC, if applicable. Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the applicable Central/State regulations. 10.2.2 As per applicable regulation(s) of the Appropriate Commission(s)/respective SERC(s), all charges pertaining to obtaining open access and scheduling of power, if any, shall be borne by the WPD.

Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the applicable Central/regulations of respective State regulationsthe Project is located in. 10.2.2 As per applicable regulation(s) of the Appropriate Commission(s)/respective Commission(s)/ respective SERC(s), all charges pertaining to obtaining open access and scheduling for transmission of power, the power from the Delivery Points to the receiving substation(s) of the Buying Entity(ies) if any, shall be borne by the WPDSPD.

Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts (jointly signed) issued by RPC or any other competent authority NODAL RAILWAY which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the applicable Central/State regulationsregulations of MERC. 10.2.2 As per applicable regulation(s) of the Appropriate Commission(s)/respective SERC(s)Commission, all charges pertaining to obtaining open access and scheduling of power, if any, shall be borne by the WPDtheSPD.

Each Monthly Xxxx Bill shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC JDA or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx Bill amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the applicable Central/regulations of respective State regulationsthe Project is located in. 10.2.2 As per applicable regulation(s) of the Appropriate Commission(s)/respective SERC(s)Commission, all charges pertaining to obtaining open access and scheduling of powerpower upto the SPD’s obligations as defined in the PPA, if any, shall be borne by the WPDSPD. All similar charges, if any, beyond delivery point, shall be borne by JDA.

Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts (jointly signed) issued by RPC or any other competent authority EDA&N which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the applicable Central/regulations of respective State regulationsthe Project is located in. 10.2.2 As per applicable regulation(s) of the Appropriate Commission(s)/respective SERC(s)Commission, all charges pertaining to obtaining open access and scheduling of power, if any, shall be borne by the WPDSPD.

The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per the Energy Accounts Account and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the applicable Central/State regulations. 10.2.2 As per applicable regulation(s) of the Appropriate Commission(s)/respective SERC(s), all charges pertaining to obtaining open access and scheduling of power, if any, shall be borne by the WPDSPD.

Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied scheduled by RLDC for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts REA/SEA issued by RPC or any other competent authority JMR (as applicable) which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the applicable Central/regulations of respective State regulationsthe Project is located in. 10.2.2 As per applicable regulation(s) of the Appropriate Commission(s)/respective SERC(s)Commission, all charges pertaining to obtaining open access and scheduling of powerpower upto the SPD’s obligations as defined in the PPA, if any, shall be borne by the WPDSPD. All similar charges, if any, beyond delivery point, including LILO connection, shall be borne by BBMB.
