Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills. 10.2.1 The SPD shall issue to NTPC a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month between the 5th day & up to the 15th day of the next Month duly supported by REA/SEA/signed JMR.
