Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills. 6.2.1 Buyer shall issue to Buying Entity a signed Monthly Xxxx on the 1st Business Day of the month. 6.2.2 The Monthly Xxxx prepared as detailed in Schedule-3 of the PSA, shall include the following; i) Monthly xxxx may be raised based on the provisional REA ii) The final adjustments if any may be done on the basis of the final REA along with the next month xxxx iii) Taxes, Duties, Levies etc as applicable.
