DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF THE EQUIPMENT. 6.1 Delivery of the Equipment shall be made by Ctrack in accordance with the Delivery Option chosen by the Customer. Ctrack shall use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery/installation by the date and time agreed between the parties. Title and risk shall transfer in accordance with condition 7.
