Common use of DELIVERY AND LEASE OF AIRCRAFT Clause in Contracts

DELIVERY AND LEASE OF AIRCRAFT. Lessor hereby agrees (subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 5 of the Participation Agreement) to lease to Lessee for the Term and Lessee hereby agrees (subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 5 of the Participation Agreement) to lease from Lessor for the Term, the Aircraft, commencing immediately upon acquisition of the Aircraft by Lessor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement Assignment.

DELIVERY AND LEASE OF AIRCRAFT. Lessor hereby agrees (subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 5 of the Participation Agreement) to lease to Lessee for the Term and Lessee hereby agrees (subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 5 of the Participation Agreement) to lease from Lessor for the Term, the Aircraft, commencing immediately upon acquisition of the Aircraft by Lessor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement AssignmentParticipation Agreement.
