Common use of Delivery and Return of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Delivery and Return of Confidential Information. Upon termination of this Agreement or the licenses granted hereunder as provided herein, each party shall within 30 days of such termination return to the other party all of the other party’s Confidential Information. Notwithstanding the foregoing each party shall have the right to retain one copy of such other party’s Confidential Information in its legal department files for archival purposes only.
