Delivery and Setup. Delivery time is of the essence when the County initiates a Service Request. The Contractor shall deliver the complete order and have initiated setup of the traffic control devices within the times specified below after receipt of verbal/email notification by the County: Sunday through Saturday (Including Holidays) β less than 12 hours advanced notice 1. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
