Common use of Delivery by Buyer Clause in Contracts

Delivery by Buyer. Buyer shall have delivered to Seller the Purchase Price, to the extent required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.5, and all contracts, agreements, instruments and documents required to be delivered by Buyer to Sellers pursuant to Section 11.3.

Delivery by Buyer. Buyer shall have delivered to Seller Sellers the Purchase Price, to the extent required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.5, and all contracts, agreements, instruments and documents required to be delivered by Buyer to Sellers pursuant to Section 11.3.

Delivery by Buyer. Buyer shall have delivered to Seller the Purchase Price, to the extent required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to Price in accordance with Section 2.52.4, and all contracts, agreements, instruments and documents required to be delivered by Buyer to Sellers Seller pursuant to Section 11.311.6.
