Delivery by Producer. Producer shall be solely responsible for delivering to Fort Xxxx the Deposit Materials as soon as practicable. Fort Xxxx shall hold the Deposit Materials in accordance with the terms hereof. Except as provided in Section 10 below, Fort Xxxx shall have no obligation to verify the completeness or accuracy of the Deposit Materials.
