Delivery Point. The delivery point is the point of delivery of the Power Product to the CAISO Controlled Grid (the “Delivery Point”). Seller shall provide and convey to Buyer the Power Product from the Generating Facility at the Delivery Point. Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.
Delivery Point. The Delivery Point shall be the Interconnection Point.
Delivery Point. The Delivery Point shall be the PNode designated by the CAISO for the Project.
Delivery Point. The Delivery Point for energy delivered pursuant to the terms of this Schedule shall be at one of three points of Interconnection between the NYISO Balancing Authority Area and the ISO-NE Balancing Authority Area, and at such other points of Interconnection as may be established. These three points of Interconnection are as follows: (1) the NY/NE Northern AC Interconnection2; (2) the NNC Interconnection; and (3) the Cross Sound Cable (CSC) Interconnection, which is a HVDC facility. Unless otherwise agreed by the Coordination Committee, the price for energy for an hour delivered pursuant to this Schedule shall include all transmission costs of delivering such energy to the Delivery Point in that hour, and the Party taking delivery of such energy for the hour shall be responsible for all transmission costs beyond the Delivery Point for that hour.
Delivery Point. (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.
(b) Seller shall be responsible for all applicable charges associated with transmission and/or distribution interconnection, service and delivery charges, including all related ISO-NE administrative fees and other FERC-approved charges in connection with the Delivery of Energy to and at the Delivery Point.
(c) Buyer shall be responsible for all losses, transmission charges, ancillary service charges, line losses, congestion charges and other ISO-NE, Interconnecting Utility or applicable system costs or charges associated with transmission incurred, in each case, in connection with the transmission of Energy delivered under this Agreement from and after the Delivery Point.
Delivery Point. The delivery point is the point where Seller’s facilities connect with facilities owned by Buyer (the “Delivery Point”). Seller shall convey to Buyer and Buyer shall accept all the As-Available Contract Capacity and associated electric energy from the Generating Facility at the Delivery Point. Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product shall transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Buyer shall pay any transmission or distribution costs to deliver the power from the Generating Facility’s bus bar to the point of interconnection of the Generating Facility to the CAISO-Controlled Grid (Interconnection Point); Seller shall be responsible for interconnection costs, including necessary facility upgrades (consistent with Applicable Laws and the Interconnection Agreement), and line losses from the Delivery Point to the Interconnection Point.
Delivery Point. Customer must provide a secure delivery point. Goods are deemed delivered properly when unloaded at the delivery point.
Delivery Point. 6.1 Sales Gas shall be made available for delivery by the Sellers to Buyer at the Delivery Point in accordance with and subject to terms and conditions of this Agreement.

6.2. Title of the Sales Gas shall be transferred to the Buyer at the Delivery Point
6.3. All the Risk of the Sales Gas shall pass on to the Buyer at the Delivery Point.
6.4. The Buyer shall make all proper and adequate arrangements for receiving the Sales Gas at the Delivery Point at its own risk and cost, including transportation of Sales Gas from the Delivery Point onwards and in the event that any defect arises in such arrangements, the same shall be promptly rectified by the Buyer. The Sellers’ responsibility will cease once Sellers made available Sales Gas for delivery to the Buyer at the Delivery Point, irrespective of whether Buyer offtakes such quantities of Gas at the Delivery Point.
6.5. Sales Gas shall be transported from the Delivery Point onwards by means of Buyer’s Facilities, to be provided and maintained by the Buyer or Buyer’s Transporter.
Delivery Point. Once Manufacture of the Products has been completed, Contractor shall be responsible for delivering the Finished Goods FCA, (as defined in Incoterms (2000) published by the International Chamber of Commerce) and to a freight forwarder specified by Company in its Order, or otherwise approved by Company. “Delivery Point” as used in this Agreement shall mean the specific time and location that the Product is delivered to the shipper specified on the Order.
