Common use of Delivery by the Company Clause in Contracts

Delivery by the Company. At the Closing, in addition to those items the delivery of which is made an express closing condition under Sections 6, the Company shall deliver to each Purchaser a copy of the Company’s register of members, updated to show the Purchasers as the holders of the relevant number of the Purchased Shares as set forth in Section 2.2.
