Delivery Charges. The cost of all postage, couriers, express delivery services, freight charges and other delivery and bonding charges incurred in delivering materials to and receiving materials from the Trust and its shareholders, including all shareholder reports, prospectuses, statements of shareholder accounts and tax filings.
Delivery Charges. Where the delivery or collection is organised by the Supplier, the Hirer shall pay a delivery or collection charge at the Suppliers standard transport rates applicable. Delivery Charges. Primary Service Charge: $70 per month Subtrassmission and Transmission Service Charge: $375 per month For primary service (less than 24 kV) $6.15 per kW of maximum demand. For service at subtransmission voltage (24 to 41.6 kV) $1.96 per kW of maximum demand. For service at transmission voltage (120 kV and above) $0.86 per kW of maximum demand.
Delivery Charges. The goods shall be delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, as defined in the International Chamber of Commerce’s Incoterms 2010, to the Buyer’s destination specified on the Purchase Order. Any costs incurred by the Buyer as a result of the Supplier’s failure to comply with the Buyer’s delivery or routing instructions shall be borne by the Supplier.
Delivery Charges. Banks will reimburse a female employee an amount not exceeding RM1,000.00 for normal delivery or RM1,500.00 for delivery involving caesarean operation per confinement in respect of two (2) confinements. Where Banks are currently paying delivery charges, such practice will continue.
