Common use of Delivery Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery Documents. copies certified by a person acceptable to the Agent, of the xxxx of sale evidencing the Contract Price, the protocol of delivery and acceptance, commercial invoices and any other delivery documents to be exchanged between the Borrower and the Seller under the Contract in respect of the Ship on its Delivery, each duly executed and exchanged;
