Common use of Delivery & Invoicing Clause in Contracts

Delivery & Invoicing. Bidders are to deliver the equipment within the time frame bid. The Bidder shall be responsible for delivery of all equipment in a complete and ready-for-use condition with all components functioning, cleaned, tested, lubricated, and serviced. Equipment delivered shall be free of decals or emblems identifying or advertising the Bidder. Safety decals or the standard identification of a manufacturer is acceptable. The Bidder shall be responsible for ensuring the delivery performance of subcontractors. Delivery shall be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon or 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), to the Fleet Services Facility, 000 X 0xx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx 00000-0000. The vehicle(s) shall be prepared for immediate use including not less than one quarter (1/4) tank of fuel. Vehicles delivered with less than 1/4 tank of fuel will be refused.
