Delivery of a Utilisation Request for Letters of Credit. Subject to a LC Issuing Bank having been appointed, the Original Borrower may request a Letter of Credit to be issued by delivery to the Facility Agent and one or more LC Issuing Banks (as may be selected by the Original Borrower) of a duly completed Utilisation Request substantially in the form of Part II of Schedule 4 (Utilisation Requests) not later than the third Business Day prior to the proposed Utilisation Date and a maximum of 3 such Utilisation Requests may be delivered in any one month, provided that there shall not, at any time, be more than 10 Letters of Credit outstanding.
