Delivery of Accounts Documentation. Following the occurrence and during the continuance of a Default, at such intervals as the Secured Party shall require, the Debtor shall deliver to the Secured Party copies of purchase orders, invoices, contracts, shipping and delivery receipts and any other document or instrument which evidences or gives rise to an Account.
