Delivery of Agreement. The Agency covenants to use reasonable efforts to deliver to each Taxing Entity a copy of this Agreement within fifteen (15) days after its execution.
Delivery of Agreement. The Subscriber hereby delivers to the Company, and the Company hereby accepts, an executed counterpart of this Subscription Agreement.

Delivery of Agreement. The Borrower shall have executed and delivered to the Lenders this Agreement;
Delivery of Agreement. Fails to deliver this Agreement duly executed, containing representations, warranties and acknowledgements as to, among other things, such person’s qualification as an institutional “accredited investor”, as such term is defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D under the Securities Act; its identity as not being a “U.S. person” as such term is defined in Regulation S under the Securities Act, and others.
