Delivery of Additional Loan Documents. At any time upon the reasonable request of Lender, Borrower shall hereby authorize the preparation and filing by Lender and/or shall execute and deliver to Lender all financing statements, continuation financing statements, control agreements, fixture filings, security agreements, chattel mortgages, pledges, assignments, endorsements of certificates of title, applications for title, affidavits, reports, notices, schedules of Accounts, letters of authority, and all other documents that Lender may reasonably request, in form satisfactory to Lender, to perfect and continue the perfection of Lender’s Security Interests in the Collateral, and in order to fully consummate all of the transactions contemplated hereby and under the Loan Documents.
