Common use of Delivery of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Agreement. The Parties do not intend this Agreement to be delivered by, or to become legally binding on, any of them until the date of this Agreement is written at its head, notwithstanding that one or more of them may have executed this Agreement prior to that date being inserted.
