Delivery of Amended Material Contracts. If at any time any amendment is made to any Material Contract, or a replacement Material Contract (or any agreement which materially affects the interpretation or application of any Material Contract) is entered into, Project Co will deliver to the Authority a copy of each such amendment or agreement within 10 Business Days of the date of its execution or creation, certified as a true copy by an officer of Project Co.
