Delivery of Amendments and Supplements to Certain Parties. A signed copy of each amendment or supplement referred to in Section 10.1.1 to which Lessee is not a party shall be delivered promptly by Owner Trustee to Lessee, and a signed copy of each amendment or supplement referred to in Section 10.1.1 shall be delivered promptly by Owner Trustee to Mortgagee.
