Delivery of Amendments and Supplements to Certain Parties. Until --------------------------------------------------------- the Indenture shall have been terminated pursuant to Section 9.01 thereof or the Aircraft shall have been released from the Indenture Estate, a signed copy of each amendment or supplement to the Trust Agreement shall be delivered by the Owner Trustee to the Indenture Trustee without in any way affecting the Indenture or the Equipment Notes and without imposing any duty on the Indenture Trustee with respect to such amendment or supplement.
