Common use of Delivery of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Assignment. On or before the Addition Date, with respect to the Additional Asset Pool One Collateral Certificate, the Trust has delivered to the Collateral Agent the Assignment (including an acceptance by the Collateral Agent for the benefit and security of the Asset Pool One Noteholders, the Indenture Trustee, in its individual capacity and the Collateral Agent, in its individual capacity).

Delivery of Assignment. On or before prior to the Addition Date, with respect to the Additional Asset Pool One Collateral Certificate, (i) the Trust has delivered to the Collateral Agent the Assignment (including an acceptance by the Collateral Agent for the benefit and security of the Asset Pool One Noteholders, the Indenture Trustee, in its individual capacity and the Collateral Agent, in its individual capacity)) and (ii) the Trust shall deliver to the Collateral Agent the Additional Collateral Certificate.

Delivery of Assignment.
