DELIVERY OF BRIEFS. 5.1 Where practicable, the ALS should deliver briefs to the Public Defenders’ Xxxxxxxx. Where that is not practicable and the brief is delivered directly to a Public Defender, the ALS should furnish the Clerk to Xxxxxxxx with an “online request form” (or written notice to the same effect) confirming acceptance of the delivery of the brief including the name of the Public Defender and other relevant details as required.
5.2 Briefs for a Public Defender located permanently outside the Sydney metropolitan area should be delivered directly to that Public Defender and an online request form (or written notice to the same effect) should be forwarded to the Clerk at the Public Defenders’ Xxxxxxxx.
