Delivery of Certain Amendments and Material Contracts. Each of the Loan Parties will promptly deliver to the Administrative Agent any amendment, modification, or supplement to (a) the certificate of incorporation, articles of incorporation, certificate of formation, certificate of organization, partnership agreement, regulations, bylaws or other constitutional documents of any Loan Party, (b) the Sprint Agreements, or (c) any other Material Contract to which it is a party or any Permit which it possesses; provided, however, that any such amendment, modification or supplement to be subject to the provisions of Section 9.15 hereof. With respect to each Material Contract (other than purchase orders entered into in the ordinary course of business) of any Loan Party entered into after the Closing Date, the Borrower will deliver to the Administrative Agent a complete and current copy of such Material Contract in a reasonably prompt fashion after the creation thereof.
