Reporting by the Servicer; Delivery of Certain Documentation. On the tenth calendar day of each month (or, if the 10th day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), the Servicer shall furnish to the Titling Trustee and each Related Beneficiary a Settlement Statement, substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit A hereto for the immediately preceding Collection Period.
Reporting by the Servicer; Delivery of Certain Documentation. (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, and periodically thereafter as required in order to update the contents thereof upon any changes in the matters certified therein, the Servicer shall furnish to the Vehicle Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Holder and the Registered Pledgee an Officer’s Certificate listing the officers of the Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the servicing of the 20[__]-[__] Leases.
(b) On or before each Determination Date, the Servicer shall, in addition to the information required in Section 3.1 of the Basic Servicing Agreement, include in the Officer’s Certificate provided for in such Section the amount of any reimbursement being requested pursuant to such Section for the related Collection Period from the 20[__]-[__] SUBI Collection Account.
Reporting by the Servicer; Delivery of Certain Documentation. (a) On or before each Determination Date, in accordance with Section 2.8(a), the Servicer shall deliver the Monthly Lending Facility Pool Report to the Owner Trustee, the Settlor, the Lender and the Collateral Agent and each Monthly Exchange Note Report to the related Secured Parties, in each case, for the related Collection Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing or Section 2.8(a), if at any time no Exchange Notes are outstanding the Servicer shall not be required to deliver any Servicer Reports unless requested to do so by the Lender.
(b) The Servicer will also provide any additional reports, certificates or notices specified in any Servicing Supplement to the recipients and in accordance with the terms specified therein.

(a) On or prior to the Closing Date, and periodically thereafter as required in order to update the contents thereof upon any changes in the matters certified therein, the Servicer shall furnish to the Vehicle Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Holder and the Registered Pledgee an Officer’s Certificate listing the officers of the Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the servicing of the 2017-1 Leases.
(b) On or before each Determination Date, the Servicer shall, in addition to the information required in Section 3.1 of the Basic Servicing Agreement, include in the Officer’s Certificate provided for in such Section the amount of any reimbursement being requested pursuant to such Section for the related Collection Period from the 2017-1 SUBI Collection Account.
(c) With respect to each Collection Period, the Servicer will prepare and file, or cause to be filed, a Form ABS-EE (including an asset data file and asset-related document containing the asset-level information for each 2017-1 Lease and related 2017-1 Vehicle for such Collection Period) on or before the date on which the Form 10-D with respect to such Collection Period is required to be filed with the Commission.

(a) On or prior to the Closing Date, and periodically thereafter as required in order to update the contents thereof upon any changes in the matters certified therein, the Servicer shall furnish to the Titling Trustee and the Related Beneficiary an Officer’s Certificate listing the officers of the Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the servicing of the 2010-B Leases.

Reporting by the Servicer; Delivery of Certain Documentation. (a) The Servicer shall deliver to the Titling Company, each Beneficiary and each Holder (including any Registered Pledgee entitled thereto) a Settlement Statement for the related Collection Period as and to the extent required by the related Series Servicing Supplement or, with respect to the Unallocated Assets, a settlement statement in form and substance as agreed between the Servicer and the Member.
(b) The Servicer shall provide the reports, information and other deliverables with respect to each Series to the Persons, in the manner and at the times required by the related Series Servicing Supplement or, with respect to the Unallocated Assets, as agreed between the Servicer and the Member.

(a) On or prior to the Closing Date, and periodically thereafter as required in order to update the contents thereof upon any changes in the matters certified therein, the Servicer shall furnish to the Trustee and the Related Beneficiary an Officer's Certificate listing the officers of the Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the servicing of the 2004-A Leases.
(b) On each Calculation Date, the Servicer shall furnish to the Trustee and each Related Beneficiary a Settlement Statement for the related Collection Period.

Reporting by the Servicer; Delivery of Certain Documentation. (a) Except as otherwise provided in any Servicing Supplement, on each Calculation Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee, each Beneficiary and each Holder (including any Registered Pledgee entitled thereto) a Settlement Statement for the related Collection Period.
(b) Within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year (commencing June 30, 2000), the Servicer shall cause the Independent Accountants of the Servicer to deliver an agreed-upon procedures letter for the preceding year (or shorter period, with respect to the first such letter) ended March 31, addressed to the Trustee, the Servicer, the Related Beneficiaries, the related Holders (including any Registered Pledgee entitled thereto) and if any Rated Securities are outstanding, each Rating Agency, confirming that such Independent Accountants have performed the outlined procedures and such other auditing procedures as they considered necessary in the circumstances and stating that nothing came to the attention of such Independent Accountants that caused them to believe that the servicing of the Leases was not being conducted, or that distributions on the Rated Securities (if any) were not being made, in each case in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable Servicing Supplement, except for such exceptions as such firm shall believe to be immaterial and such other exceptions as shall be set forth in such statement. In the event such Independent Accountants require the Trustee to agree to the outlined procedures, the Servicer shall direct the Trustee in writing to so agree; it being understood and agreed that the Trustee will deliver such letter of agreement in conclusive reliance upon the direction of the Servicer, and that the Trustee has not made any independent inquiry or investigation as to, and shall have no obligation or liability in respect of, the sufficiency, validity or correctness of such procedures.
