Delivery of Certain Collateral. Contemporaneously with or prior to the execution of this Agreement, deliver or cause to be delivered to Secured Party any and all certificates and other instruments representing or evidencing any Collateral that is Investment Property, together with all Necessary Endorsements, in each case subject to Permitted Liens.
