Common use of Delivery of Certain Collateral Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Certain Collateral. Contemporaneously or prior to the execution of this Agreement, each Debtor shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Agent any and all certificates and other instruments or documents representing any of the other Collateral, in each case, together with all Necessary Endorsements.
