Common use of Delivery of Collateral Obligation Files Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Collateral Obligation Files. The Borrower (or the Servicer on behalf of the Borrower) shall deliver to the Collateral Custodian (with a copy to the Facility Agent at the following e-mail addresses (for electronic copies): xxxx.xxxxx@xx.xxx, xxxx.xxxxxxx@xx.xxx and xxxxx.xxxx@xx.xxx, and a copy to each Agent) the Collateral Obligation Files identified on the related Document Checklist promptly upon receipt but in no event later than five (5) Business Days of the related Funding Date; provided that any file stamped document included in any Collateral Obligation File shall be delivered as soon as they are reasonably available (even if not within five (5) Business Days of the related Funding Date).
