Inspection of Collateral. Lender and Lender's designated representatives and agents shall have the right at all reasonable times to examine and inspect the Collateral wherever located.
Inspection of Collateral. Debtor will keep adequate records concerning the Collateral and will permit Secured Party and all representatives and agents appointed by Secured Party to inspect any of the Collateral and the books and records of or relating to the Collateral at any time during normal business hours, to make and take away photocopies, photographs and printouts thereof and to write down and record any such information.
Inspection of Collateral. Borrower shall permit the representatives of Lender and Ex-Im Bank to make at any time during normal business hours inspections of the Collateral and of Borrower's facilities, activities, and books and records, and shall cause its officers and employees to give full cooperation and assistance in connection therewith.
Inspection of Collateral. At reasonable times Lender may examine the Collateral and Debtor's records pertaining to it, wherever located, and make copies of records. Debtor shall assist Lender in so doing.
Inspection of Collateral. From time to time as requested by Lender, Lender or its designee shall have access, (a) prior to an Event of Default, at the sole expense of Borrower, subject to the Loan Agreement Schedule, during reasonable business hours to all of the premises where Collateral is located for the purpose of inspecting the Collateral and to all of Borrower’s Collateral, and all books and records of Borrower, and Borrower shall permit Lender or Lender’s designees to make copies of such books and records or extracts therefrom as Lender may request, and (b) on or after an Event of Default, at the sole expense of Borrower, at any time, to all of the premises where Collateral is located for the purposes of inspecting, disposing and realizing upon the Collateral, and all Borrower’s books and records, and Borrower shall permit Lender or its designee to make such copies of such books and records or extracts therefrom as Lender may request. Without expense to Lender, Lender may use such of Borrower’s personnel, equipment, including computer equipment, programs, printed output and computer readable media, supplies and premises for the realization on the Collateral as Lender, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems appropriate. Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes all accountants and third parties to disclose and deliver to Lender at Borrower’s expense all financial information, books and records, work papers, management reports and other information in its possession regarding Borrower.
Inspection of Collateral. Upon reasonable notice, Secured Party may from time to time during normal business hours, inspect Debtor’s records concerning the Accounts and the General Intangibles, the originals of the Related Rights, the Equipment, the Inventory and other Collateral but not as to unreasonably interfere with the business of Debtor.

From time to time as requested by Lender, at the sole expense of Borrower in accordance with Section 3.4, Lender or its designee shall have access, prior to an Event of Default during reasonable business hours and on or after an Event of Default at any time, to all of the premises where Collateral is located for the purposes of inspecting, disposing and realizing upon the Collateral, and all Borrower's books and records, and Borrower shall permit Lender or its designee to make such copies of such books and records or extracts therefrom as Lender may request. Without expense to Lender, Lender may use such of Borrower's personnel, equipment, including computer equipment, programs, printed output and computer readable media, supplies and premises for the collection of Accounts and realization on other Collateral as Lender, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate. Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes all accountants and third parties to disclose and deliver to Lender at Borrower's expense all financial information, books and records, work papers, management reports and other information in their possession regarding Borrower.
Inspection of Collateral. Grantor shall maintain all tangible Collateral in good condition and repair. Grantor will not commit or permit damage to or destruction of the Collateral or any part of the Collateral. Lender and its designated representatives and agents shall have the right at all reasonable times to examine, inspect, and audit the Collateral wherever located. Grantor shall immediately notify Lender of all cases involving the return, rejection, repossession, loss or damage of or to any Collateral; of any request for credit or adjustment or of any other dispute arising with respect to the Collateral; and generally of all happenings and events affecting the Collateral or the value or the amount of the Collateral.
Inspection of Collateral. Borrower shall give Lender reasonable access to the Collateral and the other property securing the Obligations for the purpose of performing examinations thereof and to verify its condition or existence.
Inspection of Collateral. Debtor shall at all reasonable times allow Secured Party by or through any of its officers, agents, attorneys or accountants, to examine or inspect the Collateral wherever located and to examine, inspect and make extracts from Debtor's books and records. Debtor shall do, make execute and deliver all such additional and further acts, things, deeds, insurances, instruments as Secured Party may require, to more completely vest in and assure to Secured Party its rights hereunder and in or to the Collateral.
