Delivery of Collateral Obligation Files. The Borrower (or the Servicer on behalf of the Borrower) shall deliver to the Collateral Custodian (with a copy to the Administrative Agent at the following e-mail addresses (for electronic copies): xxxx.xxxxx@xx.xxx, xxxxx.xxxx@xx.xxx and xxx.xxxxx@xx.xxx), the documents listed in clauses (i), (ii) and (iv) of the definition of “Collateral Obligation File” and identified on the related Document Checklist promptly upon receipt but in no event later than five (5) Business Days after the related Funding Date; provided that any other Collateral Obligation File shall be delivered as soon as it is reasonably available, but no in event later than thirty (30) Business Days after the related Funding Date.
