Delivery of Copies of Credit Documents. Concurrently with the execution and delivery hereof, Assignor Bank will provide to each Assignee Bank (if it is not already a Bank party to the Credit Agreement) conformed copies of all documents delivered to Assignor Bank on or prior to the Closing Date in satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in the Credit Agreement.
