Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Agent of duly executed copies of (i) this Credit Agreement, (ii) the Notes and (iii) all other Credit Documents, each in form and substance acceptable to the Lenders.
Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed counterparts of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, in each case, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and duly executed by the appropriate parties thereto.
Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of (i) multiple counterparts of this Credit Agreement and (ii) a Revolving Note for each Bank requesting one, in each case executed by a duly authorized officer of each party thereto and in each case conforming to the requirements of this Credit Agreement.
Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Lender of duly executed copies of this Credit Agreement, the Letter of Credit, and the other Credit Documents.

Receipt by the Agent of duly executed copies of this Credit Agreement, the Notes, all other Credit Documents amended or otherwise modified or executed in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Credit Agreement, and each other agreement, document, certificate or instrument described on the Closing Checklist attached hereto as Exhibit K, each in form and substance acceptable to the Agent and the Lenders in their reasonable judgment.
Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of duly executed copies of (i) this Credit Agreement and (ii) the Revolving Loan Notes.

Receipt or continued possession by the Administrative Agent of duly executed copies of: (i) this Credit Agreement, (ii) the requested Notes, (iii) the Parent Guaranty and (iv) all other Credit Documents, each in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Lenders in their sole discretion.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of duly executed copies of: (i) this Credit Agreement, (ii) the Notes, (iii) the Security Agreement, (iv) the Pledge Agreement and (v) a Deposit Account Control Agreement for each deposit account held in the name of each Credit Party (other than Excluded Accounts) (it being acknowledged that the Deposit Account Control Agreements currently in place shall be sufficient).
Executed Credit Documents. The Administrative Agent’s receipt of counterparts of this Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Security Agreement and the Pledge Agreement, in each case, dated as of the Closing Date, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of each Credit Party party thereto and by each Lender party thereto, and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders.
